Where the LZZX Fits
The LZZX is an all-stainless micro-flow metal tube rotameter for very small liquid and gas flows at high working pressure. With a maximum working pressure of 16 MPa and a medium temperature range of -40 to +120 °C, it serves high-pressure injection, dosing, sampling and test-bench lines that glass tubes cannot handle.
It is distinct from the flanged LZ M1/M2/M3 metal tube meters (DN15-150, up to 4.0 MPa) and from the LZB-WB glass micro-flow line (up to 1 MPa): the LZZX combines NPT thread connections, DN6/DN10 micro sizes and a 16 MPa rating in an all-stainless body.
Construction and Specifications
Two models cover DN6 and DN10. Water spans start at 0.1-1 L/h on the LZZX-6 and reach 30-300 L/h on the LZZX-10, each with several selectable ranges; air spans run from 3.5-35 L/h up to 3100-3100 L/h class. Accuracy is class 2.5 or 4.0 depending on model.
Connections are inner NPT1/4 in on the LZZX-6 and inner NPT3/8 in on the LZZX-10. The measuring tube and float are 304 or 316 stainless steel and the pressure loss is 8-17 mbar depending on span.
