Where the LZDH Fits
The LZDH is the electric-transmission version of the LZ metal tube family: it keeps the local pointer and LCD indication and adds a two-wire 4-20 mA output powered from DC 24 V, so the meter feeds both the control room and the operator at the line.
It differs from the local-indicator LZ M1/M2/M3 products, which have no output signal. Where those meters only show the flow at the pipe, the LZDH transmits it to PLC or DCS.
Construction and Specifications
Sizes run DN15 to DN150 with flanged connections to GB/T 9115.1-2010. Accuracy is class 2.5, with class 1.0 available for liquids on special order. The maximum working pressure is 4.0 MPa on the smaller sizes and 1.6 MPa on DN80-150, and the medium temperature range is -40 to +100 °C in the normal type or -80 to +250 °C in the high-temperature type.
The measuring tube is 304 or 316 stainless steel with PTFE or F46 lining, the float is 304 or 316 or PTFE/F46, protection is IP65 and the Exd II BT4 flameproof version is available. Cable entry is M20 × 1.5.
Ordering Guidance
Provide the liquid, the flow range, the pipe DN, the operating pressure and temperature, the required output and power supply, and whether the normal or high-temperature type is needed. A flameproof Exd II BT4 version can be quoted where hazardous locations require it.
