Where the LZB-VA/SA/FA Fits
The LZB-VA/SA/FA/WA line is the high-accuracy branch of the LZB glass tube family: every series and size is rated at ±1.5% of full scale. Scales can be supplied in millimetres, percentages or flow units, and the outer scale is interchangeable in the field.
Connection style is chosen through the model group rather than an accessory: VA for threaded lines, SA for hose, FA for loose-ring flanges, and the 30S group which adds a VA30S hose, FA30S flange and WA30S sanitary quick-connector style.
Construction and Specifications
Sizes are DN15, DN25, DN40 and DN50. Liquid ranges start at 4-40 L/h on the smallest DN15 span and reach 1000-16000 L/h at DN50; air ranges run from 0.12-1.2 m³/h up to 20-200 m³/h. Working temperature is -20 to +60 °C or -20 to +120 °C depending on the version.
Working pressure follows the size: up to 1.0 MPa on DN15 and DN25, 0.9 MPa on DN40 and 0.7 MPa on DN50.
Ordering Guidance
Choose the connection group (10, 20 or 30S series), the DN size and the measuring span from the catalog table, then confirm the scale type. The WA30S option selects the sanitary quick-connector connection style for the 30S group.
