Where the LZB-S Fits

The LZB-S series is the factory's dedicated flow meter for water-meter test benches: each size is calibrated to ±1.5% for water so that a test bench can verify water meters against a stable reference. The series can also be used in other applications that need the same reference duty.
It differs from the standard LZB line, which is a general industrial meter: the LZB-S carries the tighter ±1.5% calibration across all four sizes, and it is offered with a full stainless steel version (LZB-□□S/B or B0). An anticorrosive version is not available in this series.

Construction and Specifications

Four sizes cover DN15, DN25, DN50 and DN80 with water ranges of 4-128 L/h, 120-1400 L/h, 1.4-9 m³/h and 9-40 m³/h respectively. The pressure rating is PN0.6 MPa for DN15-DN50 and PN0.4 MPa for DN80, with flanged connections.

Ordering Guidance

Confirm the water flow range and the pipe DN against the table, choose the standard or full-stainless material version, and state whether the meter is destined for a water-meter test bench so the calibration documents can be prepared accordingly.
