Where the LZB-DK800 Fits
The LZB-DK800 is a micro-flow glass tube rotameter for measuring and adjusting very small liquid and gas flows. Its cone tube and float can be replaced without taking the meter out of the line, which keeps maintenance quick on skid-mounted and analyzer installations.
It is distinct from the hose-barb LZB-4/6/10 line: the DK800 carries an integral adjusting valve, holds ±2.5% accuracy, works from -20 to +120 °C and is available in an anticorrosive F version.
Construction and Specifications
Sizes are DN4 and DN6 with an M8X1 connection and a 5 mm metal protective tube; hose or metal-tube connection can be selected. Water ranges run from 0.25-2.5 L/h on the DK800-4 up to 16-160 L/h on the DK800-6, and air ranges from 0.5-5 L/h up to 430-4300 L/h depending on the selected span.
Working pressure is up to 1.0 MPa across both sizes.
