Where the LZB-4.6.10 Fits
The LZB-4, LZB-6 and LZB-10 are the small-size glass tube rotameters in the LZB family. They cover direct-reading low liquid and gas flows above the micro LZB-2 and LZB-3 sizes and below the DN15 to DN100 standard bodies.
Typical duties are laboratory, analytical, sampling and small process lines where a compact direct-reading indicator is enough.
Construction and Specifications
The bodies are DN4, DN6 and DN10 with hose-barb fittings (dia 10 mm on LZB-4 and LZB-6, dia 11 mm on LZB-10). Pressure rating is PN1.0 MPa and the medium temperature range is 0 to +100 °C.
Accuracy is ±4% of full scale on the LZB-4 and ±2.5% on the LZB-6 and LZB-10, with a 1:10 range ratio. Liquid ranges run from 1-10 L/h up to 16-160 L/h and gas ranges from 16-160 L/h up to 5 m³/h, depending on size.
All-stainless variants LZB-4B, LZB-6B and LZB-10B are available in 304 stainless steel, excluding the glass taper tube and the seals.
