Where the Split Type LD Fits

The split type LD separates the sensor from the converter. The sensor covers DN15 to DN2200 and measures conductive liquids, with the same electrode, liner and output options as the integrated version.

Construction and Specifications

Medium conductivity must be at least 5 µS/cm. Accuracy is ±0.5% to ±1.0% by configuration, with a velocity range of 0.3 to 5 m/s and an extended range shown to 10 m/s.
Because the converter is remote, the split type accepts a higher medium temperature than the integrated type: up to 150 °C, or up to 80 °C with rubber liners. Electrode materials are 316L, Hb, Hc, Ti, Ta and Pt, and liner options are chloroprene rubber, polyurethane, PTFE, PFA and F46.
Output options are 4-20 mA, frequency or pulse, and RS485. Power supply is 220 VAC or 24 VDC, and IP65, IP67 and IP68 protection are available; the split type can reach IP68.

Ordering Guidance

Tell us the pipe size, medium and conductivity, flow range, pressure, and how far the converter will be mounted from the sensor. Provide any output requirement, and we will confirm the electrode, liner and cable configuration.
